huscarl's and elite cavalary shield are my favorites. But the most time I use huscarl's. It fits better my play style.

Hahaha, I dunno, I like it.  Never could use it with any of my armor choices though.  I honestly wanted to join Occitan (but wasn't french) when I first started the mod just to use it.  Then when AoW was around, I always thought it'd be neat to see them all use one.

I think it's better to loom "speed shields" than heavy shields (like Plate covered, heavy round etc.). Because the speed bonus is only 3 pts, wich doesn't change much.
The overall resistance bonus is more important, and benefit more to the light shields (Elite cav or knightlies).

Maybe luk astralis? he is good with a shield but better without also.

I think we can assume dan and san are the two that don't  use it. My favorite shield is the huscarl but I think the best and most versatile is the elite cav shield/knightly heater.

Immune to any weapon except the anti shield weapons. [NOTE] Heirloomed 

This shield will make any Agi 2h spammer brake his fist in fury or die of sleep starvation after futile attempts to take out your shield..

Have good cover like the elite cav shield plus it looks badass.

You can bitch all you want about the speed ratings on it but tbh i dont feel the difference and ive been using both the knightly heather/kite shield.. plus the elite cav shield..

Then again if you have shitload of shield skill like Kinngrimn i would go for the elite cav shield or Huscarl due to weight.

But with shield skill below 8 or 7 my favourite shield is the Plate covered round shield.
