Pikemen build

i need good build for pike,or longspear. I want to  fight vs cav and melee. Maybie some shield points also for hoplite if there is too many archers.
Any ideas?

I think that is what Bazinga(Capita) used to roll with, good build, pike has crazy pierce dmg + the speed bonus is insane.

Unless you are wearing very heavy armor you won't notice a difference at all.  If you can spare it I like 3 WM for a dedicated melee build to get 130+ WPF though.  5 shield is probably overkill take some from there.

Going to go off the beaten path since a lot of you know I play Pike and Long Spear (somewhat efficiently  )

27-12 or 30-9. Hell, I've done a 39-3 build with a pike/long spear.


The more strength you have, the more you guarantee those quick kills. You should try it.

You should not try to get a build to counter horsearchers, cause you can't. It's all up to them making a mistake. I would recommend going 18/21 or anything higher strength. You just want that damage. If you are good at playing with your team you can go higher strength. I have played a 36/3 longspearman and it was awesome coupled with some Byzantines sticking with me.

There is no reason to not get the 39 attribute total. You don't need that much skills.

ok i dont need shield.
1wpf is enough it seems so since i am able to kill ppl and have positive score with this,so 111wpf will be fine.
I have currently 15 agi and 5 athl it looks like it is too slow because i get spammed and attacked by 2h.
I am not worrying abbout anything when i have team arround me,i am only worrying abbout what to do when i am alone. i
