Few  minutes ago this guy on siege server QML me while i was fighting against enemies so i couldnt press m button, after i was killed i just press l to see logs and saw there that shit - he just qml me in the heat of battle!  While i was reading logs server just kicked me. And now i cant enter siege server cause it's full .

I don't want to seem like an ass or to overpost in here but was he dead or behind you? Because sometimes when you are dead or in spec and you see someone you want to QML in the spawn and you press the combo it will randomly QML someone on the other side of the map. Is there any chat conversation between you two that confirms it was on purpose? This could easily be a terrible accident because the person was trying to help/ get a multi by QMLing someone elsewhere.

After server kicked me from siege i couldn't enter it for some time, and when i entered that guy has gone already. So i have no chance ask him. I think he was alive when qml me, but not sure, - i was busy fighting on wall against attackers(it wasnt spawn area). I dont mind if someone qml leecher - i hate those guys too, if he did it accidentaly (missed target), then its ok. Honestly i dont see any reason for him do such thing on purpose, maybe it was accident...

People do QML on purpose while people are fighting to mess up their groove. It's hard to say one way or another what this person was trying to do. I asked to have a name system implemented so the person doing the QMLing knows who he is doing it to but it takes time to think things over and add them if possible.
I doubt the admins are going to be able to pass harsh judgement on this one because of that known bug but on a side note you said he left after he QMLed? that sure seems strange that he got a multi for it then quit the game.

There is by far not enough evidence of any wrong doings here.

If he had continuously reported you for leeching, then yes that would be griefing, however this might as well have been a mistake.

However, if any other reports regarding Amand_the_Grey pop up in the future, regarding leech reporting abuse, the punishment will be as harshly as humanly possible.
