Give him a weapon and a shield and let him go to town on peasant mobs while they're around. Easily worth the 1 point a month fee. Hell, just give him the weapon.

Ill offer you 50 gold per battle just like any other merc.

You get 3 gold more per head and 100 gold if we cap all the flags instead.
