May this be one of the most complex ban discussions ever, that really doesnt need any discussion at all? Basically give all looms back to their owners and ban the guy for life. He still admitted to multiaccounting. He wasnt just doubleaccounting he was TRIPLEACCOUNTING!!!!!! Why would Wiltzu lie about the PMs, he has nothing to gain from it.
Than Mr. X, you speak this wierdass crap how you were scared of getting infamy on forums and how you can get him his beloved shield in 2 weeks. Every normal person would have given Wiltzu his sword back and told him let him hold on to it till you can get him the shield you promised. Not hold the sword for 2 weeks on you chars and make him hope for the best.

Seems he just learns if he gets hurt, so I suppose this is the best way to make him a better dude.
I wouldn`t punish him as a scammer cuz he would never get it, I would punish him as
