Lulz - false trade giving a disputed fief for a non-disputed fief in trade.  Knudarr castle still towers over the piss-stained peasants of Mechin.

P.S. Got really lucky chadz just implemented the free gear for you this morning on all already existing battles, you had your naked pants caught around your ankles before the bailout.

That's the way the ball bounces. It should have been in from the start. You KNEW it was coming so don't try and pass that off.

True.  But a 24 hour notice or only implement for any new battles would have been fair.  Basically hospitallers got  a half-dozen fiefs this way but the first time a fief of theirs (randomly assigned to them too) got attacked it gets automatic weaponry.  Plus the implementation was weak - where you get better gear not buying gear than by buying gear so no point to waasting any gold on gear.  Should have been -2 quality like the village is geared for and most basic gear instead of normal quality 2nd tier armors and weapons.

More like the enemy never hired anyone. The factionless couldn't hire people and they had no gear. Thus it was stacked in favor of the factions.

Fixed that now so that everyone atleast has a chance.

Though I think I might take gear out of my castle just so i can get the free peasant gear....

I personally don't think any fief should get automatic equipment, that just seems retarded...so you're better off not even equipping your fiefs early on?

If I put 20 pitch forks in my village, will they spawn naked after those 20 are gone?
