Typical response from someone who has no insight, not to mention idea(which the very definition you abuse with that post).
People looking at the logo at first glance won't notice the oh-so profound idea(so far, there are no especially "unique" ideas so don't give me that crap), if the execution and quality is mediocre. Quality is what matters. And quality itself is an idea, since it takes a trained eye to spot "quality" or design "quality".
I would grace my critique by naming the works I think don't make the cut and maybe a couple of words etc, but I can already see now that it would just leave some bitter resentment.
And to those who say cRPG isn't a company: So? Why should it matter? The image it gives people is
just as important for cRPG as it is for big global companies. It's the symbol of the mod itself. There is no reason why its logo shouldn't look
just as professional.
Please tell me I'm not the only one with these values..
EDIT: It's absolutely pathetic that you minus all my posts without ever replying to them, Falka. I'm so glad people like you have zero ways of influencing the mod.
I'm looking out for cRPG's best interests, this is not supposed to be personal. This is about an important improvement for cRPG to make its appearance more attractive to interested players. If my arguments don't resonate enough with you(such as
professionalism,
quality,
execution,
design), then ARGUE against them. It's so petty to leave one sentence posts. If you have nothing better to post, don't post it.
