I must admit this is not really a logo, Elindor and Kulin_ban are right.
Mine is too complicated to be implemented in a web page, except for LOTR or something like this,
but at least I had fun to working on it.

Maybe work backwards now Elio, and take the basics of what you have. 

Refine the type (relation of sizing, spacing, fonts, etc) and make the sword through the C into an iconographic image.

Could be a good logo!

actually tried that last night.  Didnt get it goodlookin though.  tried to make that "C" part of the shield be of flames,  forming the c,  but I somehow cant get the flames to go over the edges of the c,  mahrg.  im a gimped noob though.

Maybe you should try another texture for this shield : tableau_shield_round_4

To take picture of items I had to fix a texture to avoid transparency of shield with this :

You can try with something darker, wooden, rock texture why not and then take picture with OpenBrf.

Remove the sword and fire (so the basic 6 designs) and i love it as a logo. Logo should be simple like that, and i love the trowing axe in the hat.
Most of the other designs here are not logo's, they are way to detailed for a logo.
