Presumably because having evidence which shows that cheating occurred isn't the same as having proof of the extent to which it did occur, and the names of those involved.

What does that have to do with being a carebear and having 99% of the EU lands locked down with friends and allies who were never going to fight each other?  What about that exact scenario, plus AI fiefs existing and not being taken over, despite not having any real external threats?

Sure the Templols came back to Dhirim area, and we probed Nord lands, and Fallen started taking out L.I., but that was small potatoes, and towards the end of strat 3.  How boring, hopefully you guys have fun with your trading game simulator in EU lands, NA lands will continue to be where people fight for territory (aka playing the game).
