I was thinking of an One handed + Bow hybrid build, is that good?
if so, can you give me some tips on how I should spend my atributes and stuff?
I have 20 points on one handed.

Or should I go Two Handed and + something?
Please give me some tips.

Or should I go something else?
Please help.

Do something else ;)
Like a Crossbow-Thrower *g*

Serious: There are plenty of nice weapons pick the one you do like.
With the new weapon-slot system it maybe a good choice to make a 1h-bow hybrid instead of 2h-bow.
But noone can say for sure until the patch comes out.

If you want to take a 1h as addition to your bow perhaps take a Long Arming Sword.

If you want to play an archer go all the way and do not think 'hybrid'. Dump a few point just to make a melee weapon viable (~80 wpf is plenty if the weapon is fast).
Hybrids are usually xbows or throwing because all that an xbow build requires is to buy an xbow and ammo and throwing accuracy is irrelevant from short ranges so it only requires PT. Do not play these kinds of hybrids. It is done to death and they are lame.
