Will the votes just be accepted all at once at the end of the voting phase or as soon as you click vote? I mean, can I click who I want to vote now, then let my character move for 4 hours, and still get the vote bonus for being closer? Or is it just the value that you vote with?

First is better. Cause in the second case U could:
1)Create a new char
2)Vote
3)Delete char
4)Repeat

5)Dominate
