8) Banking / Winning
You can now put strat gold into a banking account. There, it will receive interest of 2% per day. You cannot take money out of the bank account. At the end of this round, there will be (about) 200 looms given out in total. To distribute it, all of the money in the bank will be summed up (eg 1,000,000), then divided by the amount of looms (eg 200). This results in the threshold to be guaranteed a loom (eg 5000). For every 5000 in your bank account, you would get 1 loom. If you don't have exactly 5000, the rest money will be used for a drawing (if you have 6000, you have 1 fixed loom + a 1000/5000, so a 20% chance, to win a loom. Works also for people with less than 5000 in total)
9) Towncenter
Whenever you are in a fief, you can put goods into a towncenter for other people to buy. You do this by increasing the selling price over the fief limit. You have a separate tab to view all offers around the world at all times, so you can plan trading routes.
10) looting system has been changed. no more randomness. at the end of a battle, the winner receives all of the goods of the loser. the items that were used receive a penalty of -2 to it's loom level and are distributed 25% to the loser, 50% to the winner.
11) retreating is actually surrendering, all rules of #10 come into effect

Now, instead of fighting clans at the first sign of danger will throw off everything in the bank, and will wait until the strat end .

I don't know??  It seems they have more people so get more gold, but then they also have a lot more people to split the looms with.  Seems a 1 man clan that saves up e.g. 5K gold is the best off as he gets a guaranteed loom or in a drawing with a good chance of getting a loom, whereas a 50 man clan it may get 3-4 looms but have to split it up with 50 people.

Also, can we have 200 looms each or 60-40 split with EU/NA, because the greater number of fiefs in EU territory creating longer trade routes too would highly favor Eu getting more than its fair share of these looms at the end.

Also, how do we log in to Strategus 4 now that its up and running??

Please do make sure you get 1 loom per player and not 10 looms for one player though..

2 things

1. banking system? i dont like it it if i understand correcktly those with alot of money in the banks will also be awarded looms? its a bit like the lottery except those that will get it is only the big clans most likely-

2. and na guys if we moved the time for when this start then most of the strat players non americans will have a slightly worse voting time than you and belive it or not your not the center of the universe so numbers win because thats the fair solution i think if you think about it you agree if you dont well thats your problem

Thousands of players, 200 looms, i dont see why you want to bandit months of strategus to have a chance on a "free loom".
+, more fiefs = more money (trade), more motivation to conquer fiefs, more battles.

Past strategus a shitload of ppl just grinded in strategus, and bought crpg gold and looms with it. This is a great way to prevent that.

+1 to whoever in the dev-team thought this up.
