So 12:00 CET (I'm assuming that's on a 24 hour clock) so 12pm CET would be 5am CST? (10:27pm right now when I'm posting).

Or just confirm if CET is currently +2 gmt?

I'm very excited for this new version of strategus, a lot of good changes happened in version 3, the main one being that you need to play c-rpg to be useful in strategus. 

That being said, you should cap the strategus ticks at like 1000....I currently have 6482 strategus ticks.  I could go afk for 270 days and still be doing shit in strat...

I hope they figure out the Strat battle lag in Strat 4... As the fight progresses it becomes nearly unplayable. I go to swing and my arm freezes and never releases. Getting hit with shield up etc. Just rough.

Nope, since you need two ticks for every hour, you could only "go afk" for 135 days

2Topic: Where is the problem for the NA players? 4 hours for your leadership to organize the members (or even more) and 8 hours of movement. Shouldn´t be a problem to be up at 9 o´clock on a sunday

I don't understand the voting system.
I read the description of it in the announcement but it doesn't make much sense to me

It will start Sunday, 12:00 CET. (unless something goes wrong during this weeks testing)
From there, there will be 4 hours of lockdown (no movement), and then 8 hours of movement and voting. After that, all fiefs will be assigned with the new voting system.

Assuming  that the bias against NA players is not intentional, wouldn't it make more sense to make it 24 hours, since that would allow people who sleep at proper hours a chance to vote.

I don't suppose there is any way to get a one-or-three line proper explanation that describes why only 8 hours are available.

Strat 2 spoke for itself, as did a few tournaments (Like the multi-clan tournament) and a few other things. I like that for an old-timer you live in a very closed box.
