Having skill 10+ useless?

Is the difference between 10 and 12 PS really that noticable? I mean, it only adds extra 16%. What about PD? Is there anyone with 10+ PD build? That could be easier to see the difference, since every point gives you 14%, I think? 2 points for almost 30% extra damage.
And what about athletics? There is quite a few agi chars out there with 10+ ath, maybe someone could test if they actually run faster than guy with exactly 10 ath.

well my 9ath char gets out sprinted by a hell of a lot by sleggs and im sure he can out run nemeths 10ath too

There is no "inherent" speed bonus from the attribute itself. cmp tested and said there was none. It's only for unlocking skills and otherwise completely useless.

The only attribute with bonuses in itself is STR, 3% more dmg and 1 HP.

WaltF4 also confirmed that AGI does not affect weapon speed. Only WPF.

AGI does not effect weapon speed though.

chadz has me second guessing the build i've had since I started my char... but he is also king lord trollolololol and rarely do I see him post in regards to these matters

So I'm going to keep my 12 IF and next gen test it
