Today at 15 o'clock GMT+1 at EU_4 that player was the last one alive in his team, he was a horse archer, he was delaying hardly and also (as I remeber is a rule) he was picking arrows, when he was the last one which is forbbiden I guess. The punishemnt shouldn't be high, I think but is your decision, admins.
