Getting hit with pikes before the animation starts is pretty common.

Hell I'm even doing it with my katana, although that doesn't really hurt anyone.

If you're wearing light armor/cloth 2hs can instafacehugstab you, same with poles.

Havent witnessed it much in 2h swords.
But there is something seriusly unusual about polearm stab, that ive never really figured out.

Also, I dont agree with the instafacehugstab with 2h. I try that alot and it always gets absorbed, which is normally the most common thing that gets me killed. I dunno, mybe I just suck.

It's not instant, but the part of the animation that the hit does full damage in is ridiculous. 2h and polearms are most noticeable, but even with my 1h I can sneak in "instahits" with a thrust.

It is there, you can get INSTAstabbed, if you are wearing light or no armor and the enemy starts his stab with the weapon "in" you. As in, it is literally instant, hitting you the moment he starts his attack. Even without that, stabs generally can hit earlier in the animation (except for hiltslashes)

mostly see it on Poles since 2H stab glances 90% if youre to close too your enemy.

SHurely needs some tweakin, though.
