Do you think this is a douche move

So i was playing shogun 2, and i have mediocre units. I was attacking a small stronghold online. I brought a unit of fire projecting mangonels or whatever. As soon as he saw them he charged his cav out in attempt to destroy them, but i intercepted them with yari samurai. For about 15 minutes I let me mangonels destroy his fort defences, and when they were obliterated i charged in with katana samurai.

is this douchey?

Don't play shogun but his bad tactical errors allowed you to destroy his defenses and clean up the rest with more units.

I guess the dick move is making the other guy wait 15 minutes while you slowly nuke his castle. But yeah, not like there was much else you could have done. Maybe you didn't need to do quite so thorough a job of demolishing the walls.

I don't mind the graphics so much, but my ocular globes seem to be overloaded with this yellow hue... It hurts, so I stopped playing.

how to be a douche in shogun 2 vanilla sieges on offense:

spam as many vanilla samurai archers as you can, have 2 bow warrior monk vets with accuracy/reload/range upgrade, and a bow hero to countersnipe their general/best units with its absurd range.  have 4-6 vanilla naginata samurai as a meatshield against sallies and to eventually scale the walls (they have high armor, morale, and decent offense)

use as many bow retainers as possible.

enjoy the rage of 15+ archers firing for 10 or more minutes while you can afk and win no matter what they have
