Do you mean it has good PvE?

The PvE isn't bad but it's certainly not revolutionary.

Thank you for the info! One last question: does the game run smoothly on a decent computer? (is it well optimised?)

Have no lag besides the level 60 dungeon a little, got a decent rig.

It's very optimised, got 100 FPS on highest graphics, in the betas I had about 5 FPS.

WvWvW is still shitty lag for me, PvE is fine unless HUGE world event with like 50 people.

WvsWvsW can be very laggy. Totally depends where you are fighting and how many people joined you there. Also happens in PvE from time to time, if there are really many ppl on one boss but thats rather rarely currently. In the BWE that happened.

Perfomance for my 2 years old pc is really fine.

PvE is also quite better than in any other MMO, you dont have a quest log so you never have to waste time with reading, you directly notice what to do. Always. GW2 is really an improvement in comparison to any other MMO.

Personally I love the PvE more than any other mmo I've played.

Eh. It's very casual compared to any other MMO. I always hated the cookie-cutter format that all the EQ/WoW clones used but without defined roles I miss the teamplay/dynamics and coordination of party composition. In this game everyone is DPS and you just zerg in and pewpew everything mindlessly. I enjoy the flow of how the quests are set up and the events chaining together but it feels like it's missing an important aspect.

I still think that 3 parties thing will lead to UIF carebearing in GW2.

Worlds will try to ally 2v1 in order to have more chances. It's bound to happen.
For fuck sake you people even QQ in GW2 about us ?

lol.

Learn to play or get wiped and keep QQ.

I even saw a bunch of noobies with at least 30 numbers totally raped by 10 from same guild same teamspeak.

Balistas , catapults and other stuff is totally raping people =)

We played WvWvW 2 days ago with at least 10 guys from Warband guild ;

First we tried take a supply camp by killing 4 enemies then we "tried" guard it against nearly 50 enemies but even if we managed to keep it for like 15 minutes by using bridge and falling back step by step.
After we all rally at spawn again we joined a keep siege  at first attack it was totally fail and they left their keep and charged us in open which was better for us harunyahya made a balista and killed many people which were charging our hill so after that we used Ram and balista to attack gate and got it for guild ( which is also nice to see our banner at keep ) and we also took another supply camp and guarded a caravan to make some stuff in castle and made it.
We had the keep with at least 4 arrow cracks 1 catapult and 20 allies ; left side of the keep there was a bridge which the enemies were coming with at least 30 numbers and i used arrow crack personally and it was a massacre for them because 4x arrow crack were shooting directly to the bridge =)) So they retreat and then regroup and they broke our arrow cracks by aoe on walls so we lost the walls then we all retreated to top tower and made a last stand but it was totally fail =)

So the strategus battle is totally less fun if you play WvWvW

1v1v1 PvP has proven to work quite well, indeed. Usually the two underdog teams gang up on the big boy, which is fair so to say. The team with most players usually wins a fight, but that's how it should be. WvW is awesome fun for me and pretty much the main reason why I bought GW2.

There was a three way fight on Stonemist caste yesterday (the biggest castle in the center), both Desolation and Gandara stormed the castle at the same time while Blacktide was defending. If it wasn't for Gandara we probably would've destroyed Blacktide but the Gandarans came and we raped each other instead so Blacktide kept their castle, was quite lol :D

There are some concerns with WvW though:
- überlag on large fights
- überlong queues
- night players taking over the whole map over night
- not really rewarding to play WvW at 80 honestly, should reward some Glory or something

For some reason the norn story quest is harder than the rest. i hope they tone it down a bit.

Yup, I also did the mistake of entering another players inst. sadly for me he skipped the cutscenes, I pressed the reward button, thus can't do the mission myself, now one quest cutscene is gone
