maybe if the horse hits you from like 10 feet up  off a big drop you take good damage but come on, they already have an instant kill attack

Also, upon landing on someone it should knock them down. This will make both ninjas and everyone else happy. Makes sense too, if someone lands on you in high velocity you will lose footing.

If (armored) horses aren't able to jump 10 meters into the air and manouvre like a racingcar I'm ok with it, else NOT.

AND: I want to see a horse IRL that still can run away after running into a spear at full speed.

The heavier the person is (gear) the more damage they should do.  If a horse falls from a distance greater than 15 feet, it should be immediately transported into orbit where the rider dies of suffocation in the void of space.
