Truly this is not very definitive proof. If you can show us something more solid we might do something about it.
I will, however, warn people again that you should not kick your teammates, even if it doesn't seem like it's causing much harm. They almost never enjoy it and it's very easy to cross over into hardcore rulebreaking by doing so.
