This player suddenly began shooting at me and was kicked via reports. If he's a new player, I would appreciate that he be warned. Otherwise, I would appreciate he be banned.

He is a New player he got this game 4 days ago he probably doesnt even know were forums are

(he is my cousin i will send him a message that he should stop TH)

EDIT: i called him he said it was a joke but he didnt know that it wasnt aloud
