Unable to transfer

Until recently, I could transfer gold to my STF character or other alts, and then send it back (from the STF up until 10k of his gold). But now I cannot do it anymore; it always says 0 at the right of the "writing box". I have 20k gold in a character I don't really use, and he isn't new at all (it is older than 3 days). My bad, I've just realised "new" means "lower than level 15" as well. Still, I cannot transfer gold from my STF to my main, and he has a lot more than 10k. Note: I respecced this STF yesterday (in case that has anything to do with it).

May I get some help, please?

Non-transferable
Gold on new characters and start(less then lvl 15 or 3 days old)  and skip the fun gold.
Regular items on new and skip the fun characters.

actually yea u should be able to transfer what was transfered to him from main x-10k start.

Try adding STF gold to clan bank and then transfer to youself.

But, even though that was stated (gold and items on STF and new characters), I could transfer gold from main to STF as many times as I wanted, as long as the STF kept 10k (I couldn't send more if the character had 10k). Now I can't.

The issue is that respeccing a STF resets the internal creation time (to keep track of the last respec). That's why the character is seen as new again.
