why there are not "+3 heavy board shield" in maketplace ?

sorry for my englsih.
all we know when face the axes or break shield weapons , the hit points of the shield is the most important factor.
because axes ignore the body armor of your shield and damge the hit points of the shield directly.
so the heavy board shield is the best choice to against the axe weapon.
why there are not "+3 heavy board shield" in maketplace ?

There used to be, a long time ago. 

Shields are not the most popular looms, and for some reason people only stick to like 3 different shields because they are perceived to be the "best".  They are wrong!  There are at least 6 top shields that all have their niche, and the heavy board shield is one of them.

If you can't fine one available, you may have to make your own!

Board shield already rarely breaks even with 3 shield skill, going for the Heavy Board is just not necessary and not worth the extra weight and costs.

2 slot shields are not very popular. In general they are just too much shield, even before you factor in 2 slot penalty.

There's a lot of huscarl shields floating around market (easy to buy, hard to get rid of), I think most of them from a long time ago I doubt people are looming new ones.
