Man this thread has more drama than an episode of a teenage girls' show.

But Kirby, if you're trying to be "the better man" you could do a much better job. I read those ban threads you've posted. You start off one ban thread with:

1. wretched Hounds of Chulainn for putting an offense on the code of conduct, of which will probably be spammed by their hate and most likely we will see attempts at trying to humiliate me by making comparisons of my voice as of a fifth grader, and in my retaliation, I will probably correct Bruttus' grammar yet again. But, alas, the rules are rules and I must put an end to this a (third?) time. 

2. Seriously?  I thought this adolescent humor was done with... another Teamwounding incident with HoC unto Malta.  I here present to you a case of HoC_WilD:

You start off the threads with a verbal attack of HoC (and you do it with a patronizing tone), when there are other ways of wording the ban thread (e.g. I was purposely TKed at spawn by player XYZ). If you're all about being more mature then them (criticizing someone's grammar is not a way of proving maturity by the way, it is actually just as terrible as them insulting your voice) then do not stoop to their level. If they accidentally hit you in a major fight, don't M them (its a practice most people follow). You say you have put all of this behind you, but prove it (the threads you posted contradict this statement).

Kirby, if you're truly not insulted by HoC saying "we don't care", you should probably quit posting fucktons of ban requests and causing shitstorms on their own clan page for the sake of drama.
Yes, you do have a temper. You understand that and admitted to it, so take control of it.

Similarly, I left HoC. Shit happened afterward, but I stayed friendly about them and from time to time will still hop in TS with them and say hey. It's all good now.
You've pretty much destroyed your chance of cordiality, and the best option for you is to take a big step back and realize that HoC truly, sincerely, does not care. 

Phantasmal was spot on. Smegmar was too when he said you're getting hassled by a few of HoC's worst players (sorry guys). It's not HoC as a whole.
As an admin, I've taken action against them before, and if you post a legitimate ban thread that isn't sheer vengeance for an accidental TW, I'll look into it as would any other admin.

Ok I'll straighten things out here.

Kirby, I've known you for quite some time now, never really talked to you but I've played with you for awhile now. My basic assessment and opinion of you is I don't really like you and I know for a fact that you can be very trolley and spazzy. I have played in community for quite some time now and I know thats where you spend most of you're time and I can say I have seen you pulling stupid little shenanigans time and time again, even when I have gotten my adminship on that server, you would continue to do things. I am also very familiar with HoC, I basically ran the clan at one point long ago (under bonesaws giant dick of course, as the kingshand) and have never grown away from them since I left. I frequently talk to there members and I am pretty up to date on what happens in their clan. You were a little shit even in HoC.

Now as for the team wounding situation, this is a bunch of bullshit too. Kirby I know most of the time you are trolling them or talking shit to them and just aggravating them, which in turn they retaliate with team hits. So I can really call it an aggravated assault I guess. You are not the "bigger man" in the whole situation, you're acting like a child, like you always have. So just stop fucking with people, whether that is HoC or anyone else, because frankly, its getting old.

As for HoC. I know you are a willy bunch and a bunch of potheads and drunkards, and I love all of you, but please stop with the team killing. Whatever personal vendetta you guys have against kirby, just stop. Its really unnecessary for all of the drama and killing, whether he provokes you or not. Just keep your beer, your weed and your beards in check ;).

In summary: HoC stop team killing/hitting. Kirby stop provoking them and making childish attacks at them.
