To be more specific about the rules, which you should read before you start your slander war, teamwounding is never alright... You hit he guy back, intentionally, regardless of what he did, and therefore it warrants a ban. Just because RandomDude probably didn't see him attacking you, it doesn't mean he is doing his job incorrectly.
Personally, I think in this case, he did quite a few people a favour.
So... Stop the attacks on the community,
read the rules and wait for RandomDude to appear.
