Full battle for strategus idea

Hey guys, i have an idea maybe its not new but what about making a strat battle without this 1h30min? I mean its dump that you cant take a castle with about 10.000men because the time is not much enough for it. But yes ofc it would be too long for some guys, fighting for about 3hours in one battles, so we could make a break of 10min. in it or not? Isnt it possible?

would be cool to have for example 5000 troops attacking 5k troop town and trying to take it in a single attack in 3 hours long battle , I am up for it but i dont think that will happen.
