My current build and I'm itching for more fights. Oolacile Township is the only place that gets any action nowadays and it just isn't doing it for me.

Hit me up on Steam while I'm playing Dark Souls if you want to fight me.

Should probably go for lower level builds now-a-days, im going for a level 80 build, i got lots of action on 50 so i guess it should still be alright.. btw thats a crazy build, spamberge and balder swag sword ^^ looots of endurance

Yeah, I'm currently working on some lower level builds, but it's hard to make a build you can truly feel comfortable within those ranges. I currently have a SL 30 in the depths but he doesn't get very many customers. Here are the builds I'm working on right now.

SL 50 - Dual Elemental Uchigatanas

SL 60 - Chaos Rapier with PTDE sorceries

Planning to get into this, but is stacking vitality really the only way to pvp effectively?  :|

Nah, but it is pretty good. As far as pure melee builds go, the game is actually pretty balanced between defense (Vitality and Endurance) and offense (Strength/Dexterity and Intelligence/Faith).

I've seen lots of people running around with low Vitality builds but can push out enough damage to kill my Vitality builds in two or three hits.

My builds only have high Vitality and Endurance because I prioritize survivability over damage in most cases.

Got onto my SL 100 in dark Anor londo, got so much pvp that I earned 690k in less than two hours, had a phantom and a red sign dark wraith with me, all communication ofc. I checked my GFWL reputation, it went from 100 & liked to 60% hated :P

Stacking vit is effective but boring, since chaos/lightning weapons remove all scaling and still pack a punch its pretty much the most effective thing to go for combined with vit. Allthough the counter to this would be dex/str build with a buff which is possibly even more cheesy and crazy good, but also IMO boring, haha...

https://mugenmonkey.com/darksouls/?c=429485937234585968 Is what im shooting for, i dont mind the low vit, it just feels cheesy to win by out living the opponent instead of outplaying(spamming ) him.. Had a couple of invasions today at around sl55, great fun, allthough my only loss was to a oneshot parry :( i should watch my spam a bit, especially when the foe has a dagger in the mainhand. Richards Rapier feels great in left hand, it has some great reach combined with fast swings from the scimitar during closerange is pretty neat.

If you switch out your current armor set for Hollow Soldier Leggings, Havel's Gauntlets, Dingy Robe, and keep the Royal Helmet you can land on a 25% item burden while still keeping your fast roll and also hit 83 poise, meeting the 76 poise breakpoint.

I have to admit, though... Hollow Soldier Leggings / Havel's Gauntlets is about as unfashionable as you can get... But it's just so damn good.

Ahh, sounds good but... the looks D: atm im just trying to get a decent look while still kind of min maxing, will see if i can maybe find another way to get up to the 76 poise. What does the breakpoint do? does it keep me from being staggered after 1 or 2 heavy hits or?

Might just go with 5 less endurance and put 3 in vit instead, putting me at an even SL 80 with 1.4k health, and skip the 76 poise because whatever i equip i can seem to find anything looking good, so might aswell just stay above the 53 poise mark...

Poise Breakpoints and Other Soul Sciences

How about Steel Helmet, Painting Guardian Robe, Knight Gauntlets, and Giant's Leggings? 76 poise, and doesn't look too shabby.

Painting Guardian Robe, Black Iron Leggings and Black Iron Gauntlets works, too.

GFWL keeps surprising me how bad it is, even the simplest thing as to change some privacy settings so i can chat with people without friending them is made impossible. I try to edit my account and go to privacy settings something something but i get fucking errors on the website, fucking great. It says something like:
Woops, that shouldnt have happened. You seem to have found an error in the system.

If your going to use a fast roll build, take a light xbow, its really good. Killed a full havels and dragon weapon user in anor londo with it, no need to use my rapier, just my xbow. Funny thing was, he was in the same group chat as I am :D

If you guys want to lower some weight while still having good overall stats try using a Wanderer Manchette +10 it's really awesome for something you can start with.
