I need help building the build that seems impossible to build.

I have an Alt, Comanche Joe. Comanche Joe is a Comanche, he likes to ride his horse and shoot arrows into people who aren't Comanches. In his spare time he likes using his lance to spear his foes who are not riding horses. Joe also likes to eat buffalo.

The conundrum for Joe is that he doesn't know how to craft a build to let him do all the things he likes to do. He wants to shoot arrows and he wants to kill people with his lance. Can you make me a build that allows Joe to do all the things he likes to do?

The buffalo thing will sort itself out, so don't worry about that.

indians dont use lances. indians get in your face and knife or club you to death

indians also die to spanish using plate armor & metal weapons

you can't sheath lances therefore joe can't be an effective archer/lancer hybrid.
Joe can only use the following build to satisfy his needs but he has to pick up the lance from the ground after he switches to his bow.

Someone doesn't know the people Joe comes from, the Comanche destroyed the Spanish and were the most powerful tribe in the Americas. Joe's people use the lance and the bow.

The problem with the double sided lance is that even 1h will be able to outreach you with their stab.

Joe could shoot aware people and lance unaware people. He is a comanche after all.

It is sheathable a little longer and will occasionaly kill someone in one couch it is also very cheap double sided lance really isnt.

what about a fighting axe it is long enough to be usefull and fits the theme.
