I know it says in chat that you ran out of a certain item, but it is easy to not see that in the middle of a fight. What I am suggesting is the game won't let you spawn if the faction has run out of the certain item. An easy way to do this would be to have the game uncheck the ready to spawn button. It is pretty silly to spawn in plate armor but no helmet.
