it's EU not NA. If you don't like to hear/see multiple different languages/letters styles go to NA or switch off the chat.

Can someone enlighten me about how to do this?

Is the u with thing on top of it a Й? I didn't know you could change fonts, cool. This should be the solution for anyone complaining about the text.
