Well I forgot to list my ranged mentors. That list has grown recently.

Byzantium_The_Intolerant: Read his guide on throwing. Helped a lot and I finally had a decent build to use throwing effectively. Got couple good tips from Ronin in that thread as well.

Fallen_Loki: Archery tactics.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j7HY8Qhan7k

Merc_DaveUKR: Crossbowery basics and tricks. Also really helpful advices in game when I've talked to him. Nuff said.

22nd_BlackBow and Guard_Tenne: Spectated them a lot couple past days and followed them with my archer alt to learn about archery. Really fun to play with. Also Nord_Bagge, but I'm always on the wrong side and he headshots me every time... Except once :P

Gold MB taught me to always block down, Dreadnock to kick shielders as much as possible and Slimpyman to avoid pikemen all together lest you get 1 shotted through a wall.

Mostly people from native duel back when Warband was released/beta. As for cRPG I guess seeing Gnjus in the fatty plate and Oberyn owning everyone in the olden days.

Tommy and Olwen, of course! And then Oberyn, Gnjus, Gingerpussy, Pully, Burrick, Replica, Mustikki and all those other 'old' Mercs I'm forgetting to mention. Also Muffin, for the trainings he gave.

Sorry for not being there much lately, guys. I've been injured in a snowboarding accident (AC joint seperation type 3) and I've been unable to play much because of the neck-, shoulder and headaches.

Illusion - For giving the time to duel me and finally teaching me how to chamber!

Cirilla - Randomly giving me 35k when I was level 10 or something, I'll never forget it. :D

I remember I went on Holiday in Austria and my Dad broke his arm on the first day and for the rest of the week he kept snowboarding but he didn't tell any of the holiday people because they wouldn't of let him do it.

I guess that inspired me :D

Myself! :-P No just kidding, but when I became a Horse Archer the only other person to have done it (mokk i think) wasn't playing, and I ever only saw him once as peasant on a siege. Im pretty much self tought from 100 of hours as single player HA on the original mount and blade.

I'd say from Vince (black armour, hurscal shield and broad axe guy) I learned the power that heavy armoured appearance has on players in this game (back then a lot of people wouldn't even try to kill you, they would assume they were already dead)  - but that for the old CRPG when heavy armoured horse archers were possible.
