The only cav that has won a state (not counting the states where only one player was nominated) is cyranule. I think its pretty safe to say that Cy would have won with or without riding skill.

He definitely didn't win for his cav skills. He's not bad cav, but he's nothing special at all really. It would be like Saul Canner winning his state when he just plays as a thrower now. It's certainly not why hes winning the state.

I personally voted for frug frug simply because I think he's just a better player. The builds he chooses are why he does worse than Devilize by and large.

Both are good players though.

Frug is better, but he uses way too many gimmick builds, so he becomes a novelty lots of times in battle, when we all know just how dangerous he can be.
