I notice that many people are mentioning various 1h as being OP. Steel pick, flanged mace, warhammer, scimitar, etc. are all 1h.

Having read this thread through, I can now conclude that all weapons are op. Good job balancing it dev team.

Regarding maulers, I often attack them on purpose because I can usually kill them. I can believe what's so hard in doing it. They're slow and have pitiful range. Useful weapons of course but they definitely have obvious drawbacks. Same with other "op" weapons. It takes some skill to use them right. You can always spot a good ninja from a bad one.

yep, great maul overhead is basically slowest attack in game.

Pretty sure long maul is slower, and the real slowest weapon in the game is morningstar with a shield.

Pretty much all 1h -> Because left strike is crazy fast and so often spammed like there was no other direction. Also because I constantly see even tincans get KD'ed by hilariously small hammers.

So you hate:
Practice dagger, knife, khyber knife, club, cudgel, torch, wooden stick, sickle, hatchet peasant knife, cleaver, etc....

I would like to clarify that none of the weapons I dislike are OP. I just have difficulty fighting against them.

I Dont Hate weapons, i hate cav

i was cav myself once..... and truly seeing the battlefield from a perspective of a shielder, cav just ruins the fun, you only need a little skill and i had already mastered it meaning top 5 almost all cav maps, i stoped playing cause i was ruining the game to others not because i didnt like it, i hope other cav will understand that as well, and shunne ppl like Tommyhu, cause they are just trolls.

The only weapons I don't like pikes and such because they pose danger to my abilityto bump, trample, and otherwise ride my cataphract up someone's arse. And some of the longer two handed swords, but my hatred is more so for the two handed stab animations than anything.

Mauls -->  Really can't pick an easier weapon for siege.  If you don't get at least get 2 to 1 kd with one on siege you should delete this game.  What is the point of having a weapon that goes thru blocks in a game that demands so much skill from every other weapon. 

Glaive -> Seems faster then it actually is, all you have to do is swing and backpaddle and wear good armour 2 to 1 kd no prob.

Pikes ->  Should not be able to jump and spin with one, period. Hitting a guy standing right beside you with one of those is just wrong.  I know the patch was meant to fix this but it really did not.

P.S  Not a fan of the last patch.  Made overheads really really unreliable.

Well, in a game with crazy strong ranged (Native), where everyone is basically forced to have a shield, a counter to turtling is desirable.
