On EU5 (the below level 20 server), you often spawn without weapons. It seems to happen esp. when you change them between rounds or the first round after mapchange. After the second spawn you normally have them all. Happened to me multiple times, MercA_Bjorn was on the server too, after almost each map change he was missing its sword or shield.
