When you kick someone, right before or after your kick, type in pink "DEAL WITH IT". You may also add a lorneface. Every day we also usually choose a letter by lottery. Anyone with that letter at the front or end of their name you should spectate occasionally and look for a reason to kick. Any reason. Maybe they punched a teammate. That's teamwounding and douchebaggery. Kick the hell out of him. When he comes back in and yells at you, ban him. Double points if you then PM him stating that he needs to DEAL WITH IT. Anyway, the lottery info will be sent to you through the forums. This is just a headsup.
