Do as you like. Personally i dont like the idea of multiple banner packs even though i DO agree that banners shouldnt really be "unrealistic" for medieval period that we are trying hard to resemble but the current state of this mod is a big joke so we are just getting along with it, having fun as much as we can and all that but its strange how suddenly people mind our banner so much.....this was supposed to be either let go in peace OR dealt with in the beginning by stating something like: no "cartoon" and similar banners, now youve got a mess here. I say let it go and have only one banner pack until patch/strategos/whatever and THEN settle it so it becomes "serious" and "fitting". 
Well Gnjus, even tho i agree with you about the state of mod, why should we make it even more.. hm, weird? Kalam was ment to continue adNecaris work (serious, historical banners only), if he changed his mind about that its ok with me, but i think we should be allowed to choose between 2 options. I see nothing wrong in having 2 banner packs, if u dont like my work, just dont check the topic and use the big one. Ill continue this even if ill be the only person using it
Also, i will add your old green banner to next version.
