I think reason they won't implement it is because they hate other colors than blonde übermench color.

I support bringing back anime hair.  It should not be toggleable.  Everyone must be forced to view the anime hair with no exceptions.

this would also be good for crpg economy,  because people would buy less helmets and could spend the money intead on localy produced products like pravens patchwork or velucian vaginever mind...
