Oh its not this that causes the issues...at least in my case. I just don't get the unsolicited nature of it, that's all
I guess in this case it was a chain reaction which led from "This guys made some easy kills" over "I would have rocked much harder there" and "How easy playing there must be, and here I have to fight all those duel masters" to finally "For that let them feel how much less skilled they are."
It's just that neither the guy in the video nor his opponents were blocking a lot, which could have led to this assumption. Next to the generally existant attitude in Europe that all Americans are like big, uneducated, ignorant and paranoid consumer kids. Which is mainly supported by the media, I guess. The whole "Bush is bad and wants only oil" story apparently sold that well, and the Lemann Brothers or BP gave more reasons, so that the tradition was created that if you don't have any bad new to tell (and only bad news are worth to be told) tell something bad about America. People will like it, because it confirms their prejudice.
Bad thing is, that I have some relatives in Tampa, Florida, and what they tell me... well... confirms those prejudices.
