Get a flamberge or some other long-ass 2h and go to town. I would personally drop 4 IF to get STR up to 20 for the Great Maul. If you want Weapon Master I guess you could just drop down to 27 agility.

However I'm not interested in pure builds, especially not 2H pure builds. I'm playing that for more than a year and frankly speaking, I'm bored of it and probably will never play pure 2H ever again.

Sorry but I'm currently playing pure str polearm and it is boring to be slow. It has its advantages but I think that going to extremes is boring and not realistic at all.

Another very good 2h going to get on horse and own everyone, beeing able to chase archers, bump to death and die by pikes.

Generally maybe don't mix totally everything? The option you proposed by urself would be probably best option

If I had to build some kind of hybrid 35 I would go for 1 melee type and throwing probably. Something like this:
