To the dev that eventually fixes this, i'm assuming you will extend the length we have the custom banner for the time between the date quoted above and the date you fix it, otherwise it's not exactly fair.  Or a partial refund of the gold.

Either way, can somebody reply?

the only difference is they got a response within 2 hours and we are still waiting for one after 4 days....Also looks like theirs is fixed now so I'm guessing this problem is fixable?

if its easier then just give us our 60k back so that I can get us a new banner, but I think 5 days with no answer is a bit crap...especially when other guys with similar problems get theirs looked into in no time at all?
