But why are you not actively recruiting anymore if you're inactive? Wouldn't you want more active members?
well, most of the Nordmen are aged 23 or above and most people now a days that ask to join are either 18 or below, so there isn't much in common. and because we are aged restricted to 18+ we don't get many over 18 year olds applying, there just doesn't seem to be any new players aged above 18.
apart from that i think we tried to recruit a fair amount of players once and it didn't work out to well, anyone thinking im talking about when all the merciless joined you are wrong, i think it was before that.
so we thought staying the size we are now is best and it hasn't had any negative effects atm, Teamspeak is nice and relaxed in the evening and quiet in the day, no arguing, no hate, its all just good chemistry between us
Nordmen has alot of developers and super admins inside it and also our clan leaders are all Developers and moderators so its expected that all the members we have now are at top maturity and present the Nordmen well, i think our main fear is recruiting the wrong people, having a huge clan base just puts too much attention on the clan, so its hard trying to maintain a good look, the members we have now are pretty much veterans and rarely say anything in chat.
not many of us play regularly of course
but when we do play, we go hard!
