I tried to wear a camo yday on a last version server. Nothing bad happened.
I reloged later on, my equiped primary weapon was gone with all the inventory (not the backpack), all the bandages/secondary ammo inventory, and my skin was normal again.
Not to add that my fucking camo was back in my backpack, taunting me still!! I buried it deep in the forest and threw empty cans at it until my right arm was shaky from pain.
TLDR : if you see a ghillie/camo clothing nearby, dont come closer and throw a HE toward it before running in the opposite direction. If you already have one on yourself, pray that you will survive long enough to ditch it.
