Clan banner.

Just implement the Clan Banner pack in basic Crpg. I'm tired to see such a mess in banners.
Crpg is supposed to be Strategus compatible and so clans are a full part of it.

You seen what happened before already, bear grills, a penis and other troll banners. Imagine what a mess it would become if banners were free to design...

On top of that, having a banner shows that you think its important as a clan to have one for yourself and are willing to pay for it. It gives a bit of status and recognition that would be lost if it becomes free to use.

It's a mess because i use Clanbanner pack 4.3 and i see half people bearing a native banner, even amongst clan members.

I'm not talking about free banners but official Crpg clan banners. With auto update.

They are auto updated. You just should remove the banner pack.

You probably misunderstand the whole system.

Alright,

1) the native banners are still available as usual
2) form or join a ladder clan, they can either
i. buy a banner slot and upload their own banner, or
ii. use a native banner
3) those clan banners in the ladder can be chosen in the character creation "use clan's banner"

You do not see any custom banner in the character creation and banner selection, you can see all in the clan ladder on the crpg site and ingame.

You mean in the character creation? That's meant like that, so non-clan players can still choose the banners they like.

The custom clan banners in the ladder clan are extra.

I've applied, but it's still shitty :

90% of players have a native banner. That's awful.

1) They don't understand the system
2) They have their own clan/banner native
3) They don't care

Even in great clans like Byzantium, GK, Templar or Nords, 90% are native.

My suggestion : just remove the native banner from the pool and replace them by the bannerpack.

What? Most clans have their own banner, as Nords, Byzantinum, GK and Templar do. You probably need to wait longer and update your client. There is sometimes a delay in updating and it doesn't always look up 2 date for everyone.

But regarding the clans above I can say for sure they have their own custom banner uploaded.

Your suggestion is bad. You are free to replace the native banners yourself, but leave them untouched for everyone. After all the native banners are far surperior to any custom banner anyway (except the Nordmen one  ).

Ninja has a clan banner, my banner is set to the clan banner and I have a native banner. I've never seen a custom banner in game. They're all native to me. 100%.
