Not really. It's pretty far away (by "it" I mean that candy factory somewhere near those large lakes). I personally visit the shop if I'm around on summer.

I know friends who live in Spain near Andorra and regularly visit it to get tobacco, sweets and alcohol because of the lower taxes. They then hoard enough to last for quite a while and save money despite the petrol cost. Plus, it makes for a fun weekend skiing in winter or trekking in the summer.

Whenever my family and I go nearby, we always make a small detour to visit it. Not only for the cheaper stuff, but as one of the main reasons.
