Fuck that, I am finally past the phase that I have to care about getting more looms. I have all the looms I want, no more being a fucking peasant for me. No more grinding mentality, just playing for my pure enjoyment.

Let's do a wipe and go back to the old cRPG, then lets do a complete wipe every two months. Old cRPG + wipe every 2 months would lack all the problems Old cRPG had.

Then again, with the amount of work the devs are putting in cRPG now and the approach they have, this shit could become better soon.

It is odd that people need to be rewarded for playing the funnest, free-est, greatest game ever.  I think from now on, no more loom points (which will drive the prices of loomed stuff to the moon) and once you hit level 31 you have a 10% chance of perma-death each time you go down.

No wipe though.  At the moment the battlefields are strewn with masterwork items, so if you want stuff just wait a minute or two before battle, then go shopping.

Completely taking away looms isn't going to really do much in my opinion. What makes C-RPG any different from Native? Progression. Progression in this game would be getting looms or leveling past 31 (most people don't do this unless they have all their looms).

Completely removing looms would means the only sense of progression would be leveling which not many people would like and they would have to add in some other mechanic to fill in for looms what this would be I have no idea. I'm assuming you made this thread because you're bored of current C-RPG and I agree, I'm pretty bored of it myself and only play occasionally so I can hang out with C-RPG friends, half the time I don't even enjoy playing.

I'd just wait for the new upcoming changes whenever they come and hope it sparks a interest and the mod will again become fun. I can definitively say that I'm sick of the grind and think it's horrible.

Instead of wipe it all, just wipe strat hehe.

In all seriousness a wipe would make the newish players continue as they haven't a lot too lose, (well not much) yet the more old time players would either quit or start no lifing again....as Leesin said, it would all just go around in a circle again.

It would also make casual players quit. If they got 1 loom and played half a year for some hours a week, why should they start with that again?

Rather improve Strat a bit and make a wipe there every 6 months, and try to "create more battles".

You know, restart CRPG won't make you any better, you will still be raped by veteran, except this, it will be with a cudgel.

Except from that... Grinding is soooo boring....
The world is split in two categorie.
The one digging, and the one with the loaded crossbow.

But never forget that the one digging, got a big shovel.

The game is fine, I just wish I could wipe the mentality and skill of everybody including me so we can have great times again. All competitive multiplayer games inevitably suffer from the experience the players get at exploiting engine weaknesses.

Oh yeah wipe everything then you can have your peasant wars (for 1 hour till everybody levels and is no longer a peasant). Quality suggestion.

If you want a serious suggestion:
-wipe all gold
-de-loom everything and give us our loom points from them
-make us pay a fee each time we loom
-give looms more upkeep than reg items
-let us keep our gen/xp bonus
-make leveling take a lot longer (meaning divide xp equally for each new level reached)

I would like an heirloom respec based on currently owned heirloom points so I can get a +3 Torch to go with my +3 Straw Hat :O

But that's all I would like. If my 10 gens and over a dozen +3s got wiped I'd probably quit the game.
