Say I have 30 wpf and heavy armor, so my effective_wpf is 0. Would it be the same or become less than 0 if I have 1 natural wpf?
Just to know if there's any sense in getting a bit of wpf with a lot of armor weight.
Thanks.

The reduction is measured in %, so no matter how heavy you are you cant go over 100% reduction. In practice you cant even get near that ammount. This is as far as i know, not confirmed
