Either the character name you are using when connecting to the server belongs to someone else, or you are using a different serial key from the one you used to play with before.

ok i try all my name and dont work...so it prob the serial key...how to change it ? i have 2 warband(2 steam acc) how to change the key

- windows key + r (run window)
- regedit
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> MountAndBladeWarbandKeys
- Change the "serial_key" field to the serial key you want to use.

I haven't tried this myself, but I think it should work.
