Was throwing accuracy reduced?

Was throwing accuracy reduced or something? Me and other throwers have some problems hitting our targets since a couple of days ago.

were there patch notes/changelog about this at all, where are you getting this info from?

I hadnt noticed any reduction in accuracy and I'm one of the most accurate NA throwers.  We thought we noticed a reduction in the WPF requirements for armor though

I don't have problems hitting the target on NA with 144 ping, Eu1 is the problem for me

Sure.  Can you send me the source code?  I'll look it up.

Previously the formula throw throwing was approximately:

PT * 13 + Body x2 + Boots x2 + Gloves x8 + Helmets x6 - 10


So the formula you claim is a huge boost to throwers.

I'll try to verify it the next time I retire.
