I just was banned 2 days ago from the Siege server, then the NA 100 man by Goretooth.

I hope you check the logs for this, here is what happened:
Village_(something) told Goretooth I intentionally tked him, I said it was an accident and Goretooth told me to not tk.
Next round, Village_(something) intentionally hits me.  I typed in chat that he should stop crying and that it must be past his bedtime.
Goretooth promptly kicks me.
I rejoin and say that Village_(something) intentionally hit me and I just told him to go to sleep.
Goretooth kicks me again.
I rejoin and say something like "It's amazing how you are kicked for telling a kid to go to sleep but intentional team damaging goes unpunished"
Goretooth bans me
Keep in mind, i think he said like 2 lines of chat the entire time the "don't tk" line and after Felagunda told me I troll hard, Goretooth said "Don't do it"

I join the NA 100 man, and tell people goretooth just banned me from siege.
He comes in right after (wow, so he is following me around now)
I try to debate his decision to kick then ban me
he kicks me without warning
I rejoin, tell him that he is abusing his admin powers and that by kicking/banning me for saying he is abusing his admin powers just proves my point.

I really see no reason why I should of been banned.  I understand a kick bc I trolled the Village guy a bit after he team hit me, but goretooth said nothing, no warnings, just kicked kicked banned kicked banned.  He never said, please stop questioning me, NOTHING.

I strongly encourage you to review goretooths admin usage, as most of the NA CRPG community agrees that he is a terrible admin.

The second kicked you still question my adminship about the first and second kick.  I found you on the battle server and i tried to talk to you about the ban on the siege but all you did was troll/insault me and question my adminship. I do not see the reason your above the rules and allowed to antagonizing and abuse other players. PM me when you feel you are able to play and be civil in chat until then you shal remain banned.

I was there, haru was team wounding constantly even before goretooth joined. After he was kicked he came back and said something along the lines of how goretooth was "abusing" his powers, and was then perma banned. I believe he did deserve a ban, but only for a couple of days.

One last thing.

I have no motivation to lie in this.  If I was kicked for justified reasons (Intentional TK), I would not of argued and just went about my business.

My stoic dedication to fighting these admin actions is fueled by the fact that the decision was unjustified and plain out of touch with what happened.

Alright here is what happened Haru...

1: We are fighting on the siege server, you are in melee with someone, and I throw at the person you are fighting. Hit him once, and then hit you once on accident with war darts. You immediately disengage from combat with the other player, and come and kill me.

2: I ask you why you kill me and you ignore me.

3: The map changes, and while we are fighting at the side door, I throw a dart at someone coming right at me, it goes off course and hits you. I then kill the person bearing down on me, just to have you TK me once again.

4: Goretooth enters the server and I inform him of your tk'ing. He tells everyone to stop tk'ing. You proceed to troll me and tell Gore that I am intentionally team wounding you, and deny any case of you killing me.

5: I hit you again with a war dart, this time it was on purpose, and proceed to fight on and be killed before you can catch me. You start to troll real bad, and I ignore you.

6: Goretooth tells you to stop trolling, and you don't stop. He kicks you

7: You come back on, and continue to troll. You are kicked again

8: You come back on, and for some reason keep trolling...at this point you are banned.

9: The server celebrates.


So lets recap here. You intentionally team kill twice, after obvious accidents where I wounded you. Claim that when you kill me they are "accidents". I do finally wound you on purpose, but never once team kill you. You are warned, kicked, warned again, kicked, and then finally banned.

You had 2 warnings, 2 kicks and finally are banned, yet you didn't get the hint. Only about half of what you said here is actually true.

Goretooth has been fast to react with bans in the past (He just banned, with no warnings at all, one of my characters 3 days ago for calling Ponderson a douchebag), but normally he warns/kicks before any bans. I do have to give him credit in that he will un ban anyone if you just talk with him, and that to me anyways shows good character and responsibility as an admin.

Look... I'm aware Goretooth isn't the most patient of our admins - but you got 2 verbal warnings and two kicks (which also act as warnings) - that's more then anyone has ever gotten. If you can't take a hint... then that's too bad.

You won't own up to your intentional TKs on Village?

You won't admit Goretooth verbally warned 2 times?

He shouldn't have to say "stop questioning me" - anyone with a bit of common sense knows this - and its not exclusive to Goretooth. Any admins who feel that their decision is being undermined or are being trolled can mute or remove the player. He gave you enough warnings and kicks and you kept coming back for more, instead of taking it up on the forums or just dropping it and "just play".


Don't discuss, argue, question a decision made in-game. The forums are there for that purpose. Your legitimate question can easily be read as sarcasm or trolling by an admin who is trying to moderate a situation he may not fully comprehend and make a decision based off what he's been seeing.

It sucks, but its how we run it. Once you get a warning - just acknowledge it and keep playing. Insults, trolling, flaming just makes you look more of a suspect - and that you may have had something to do with the TKs in the first place.

I just wanted to make a point - before trying to bag up Goretooth for abuse - at least make sure you're clean first, so you remain a credible source to quote.
