Stuttering Shit Ingame

Everything's stuttering when I play crpg. Animations are all clipped, and it's rageing me. This is only an issue with cRPG when it's launched with the cRPG launcher--it's not a problem in any other game, or when I play it using the normal launcher.

Graphics card is Nvidia GeForce GT 430
The drivers are up to date

I have plenty of ram and shit.

It's not my internet connection--ping's fine.

Force V Sync didn't help.

Sorta resolved the problem by changing a txt file that had something like "force_texture_something". Changed both lines to 0, from 1.

mind chiming in on the exact config file you edited, i cant seem to find force_texture in any of them and i all of a sudden have sum crazy stutter /texture clipping

This is a link to another thread, in which the OP had a similar problem. The fix is there.

Not the best fix though? After doing this, my skipping shit stopped, and it runs rather smoothly. However, every 45ish seconds the game will freeze for 5 or 6 seconds before going back to normal.

This makes me very mad.

I combined the above fix with this one:

And the time between freezes had greatly increased. Maybe two or three minutes between freeze ups.

how I fixed mine is going back to DX 7 , then returning to DX 9 and its working fine again. But I still notice that the game seems suggish  and the game speeds seem slow. Even tho I run a GTX 570 and i7 2600k.

I fucked around with shit in the config thingy, and it's fine now.
